Techline is the clothing line for Techsterz IT Support that is creating a the New Standard for any Technology Expereince. The company was founded in the great state of Texas after being tierd of people thinking people in Information technology are just Geeks!
You can check the order status of any techwear and gear of your recent order by logging into your account. Ordesr will only be able to be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of placing order, so please verify cart when placing orders. We will cancel orders if the item you purchased became unavailable, difficulty in processing payment, inability to ship to the address provided.
We are currently setup to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Pay Pal Credit. All payments made on this website will go through PayPal, and any please contact Paypal first for any payment authorization (including holds and refunds) issues. We Do not accept CODs and Layaway Plans
We offer very competitive prices but for our loyal customers we will email discount codes that will provide for added value. These codes can be used at time of checkout, but will only be available for the person with the same email added the code was sent to. Since we are creating a new standard, we currently don’t price match but will do giveaways on our Facebook Page.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a courtesy email with your United States Postal tracking number. You will be able to use our website “Track My Shipping” will link you to the page where you can enter in your tracking number for your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if delivery was unsuccessful. Please contact your local United States Post Office to ask for carrier assistance.
You can seamlessly access your account from any mobile device and any laptop of PC and once logged in. You will be able to check order history, update and view your profile information. Forget your password? No problem, we can quickly email you a link to reset your password.
Yes, we encourage everyone to join this Techz movement and will ship Techz Wear to a different address than the billing address. Please remember to select the “Ship to different address” checkbox during your checkout process.
If you’re having issues or is unable to place your order, please feel free to contact us on our link or give us a call. We update our stock daily, but our Techz demand is high. If there is something that is out of stock, please feel free to sign up for the “Notify Me” as when the item will be back in stock.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Techsterz cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Techsterz, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Techsterz. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Techline hangtags, attached.
- Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
- Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, panties and bodysuits cannot be returned..
- All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. If you don’t have an account and checked out as a guest, please enter your order number and last name to find your order.
3. Once you have found your order, click the “Return This Order” button
4. Select the order or item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.
5. Choose a return for online store credit or for a refund. Please note, returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. 6. Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
7. Drop off at your nearest USPS location.
• Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
